The exact scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables of a service may be specified separately in a quotation, proposal, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication.

The Client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and authentic information and documentation required for the requested service.

The Client must promptly inform Fast Company Setup LLC FZ of any changes that may affect an application or service.

The Client is also responsible for:

• Providing valid identification and supporting documents
• Providing accurate business and shareholder information
• Selecting appropriate business activities
• Signing required forms and declarations
• Providing additional documents requested by relevant authorities
• Making payments within the agreed timeframe
• Complying with applicable UAE laws and regulations
• Reviewing application details before final submission where applicable

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ will not be responsible for delays, additional costs, rejection, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, expired, misleading, or late information supplied by the Client.

Certain services require approval from UAE government authorities, Free Zone authorities, licensing authorities, immigration departments, banks, financial institutions, or other third parties.

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ assists Clients with these processes but does not control the final decision of any external authority or institution.

Submission of an application or payment of service fees does not guarantee:

• Company or trade licence approval
• Visa or immigration approval
• Security approval
• Golden Visa approval
• Bank account approval
• Approval of a specific business activity
• Approval within a specific timeframe

Final decisions remain subject to the applicable authority's eligibility requirements, regulations, compliance procedures, security checks, and internal policies.

Prices displayed on our website or communicated through advertisements, offers, calculators, quotations, or other channels may depend on the selected jurisdiction, business activity, visa requirements, office requirements, government charges, and other factors.

The Client agrees to pay all applicable fees according to the quotation, invoice, payment schedule, or service agreement provided.

Processing of a service may begin only after the required payment and documentation have been received.

Where payments are made through a third-party payment gateway, card provider, instalment provider, bank, or other payment solution, additional terms and charges imposed by that provider may apply.

Any applicable third-party processing or instalment charges will be communicated or displayed where relevant.

Government fees, authority charges, immigration fees, medical fees, Emirates ID charges, establishment-related fees, bank charges, courier fees, translation charges, attestation charges, and other third-party costs may apply depending on the service.

Unless expressly included in a written quotation or package, such costs may be charged separately.

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ is not responsible for increases or changes to third-party or government fees outside its control.

Any processing timeframe provided by Fast Company Setup LLC FZ is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Processing times may be affected by:

• Free Zone or licensing authority procedures
• Public holidays
• Additional document requirements
• Compliance reviews
• Bank procedures
• Changes in government regulations
• Delays in receiving information from the Client

Accordingly, Fast Company Setup LLC FZ cannot guarantee completion on a specific date where the process depends on external authorities or third parties.

Where corporate bank account assistance is provided, Fast Company Setup LLC FZ may assist with documentation preparation, application coordination, and communication with relevant banking institutions.

However, bank account opening is entirely subject to the bank's approval.

Banks may conduct their own:

• KYC checks
• Compliance reviews
• Source-of-funds checks
• Business activity assessments
• Shareholder assessments
• Risk assessments
• Additional due diligence

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ cannot guarantee that a particular bank will approve an application or open an account.

Visa and immigration applications remain subject to the approval of the relevant UAE authorities.

Eligibility, documentation requirements, security approval, medical fitness, immigration status, and other regulatory requirements may affect the outcome.

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ cannot guarantee approval of any visa, residency, immigration, or Golden Visa application.

Cancellation, termination, and refund requests are governed by our separate Cancellation and Termination Policy and any applicable service-specific conditions.

Where eligible, refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take approximately 10 to 45 days, depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment solution provider.

Where a government security rejection occurs, applicable deductions and refund conditions will be handled according to our published Cancellation and Termination Policy.

Government fees, third-party fees, processing costs, or other charges that have already been paid, incurred, committed, or become non-refundable may not be refundable.

Certain licences, visas, corporate services, subscriptions, and other services require periodic or annual renewal.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that required renewals are completed before the relevant expiry date.

Where a service is provided on an automatically renewable basis, the applicable renewal conditions communicated in the service agreement, quotation, or Cancellation and Termination Policy will apply.

Failure to renew a licence, visa, establishment card, or other required document may result in penalties, fines, restrictions, or other consequences imposed by the relevant authorities.
