Cancellation and Termination Policy

If any post-dated cheque or security deposit associated with a subscribed product or service is not cleared within 30 days of its due date, Fast Company Setup LLC FZ reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover the outstanding amount.

Subject to applicable UAE laws and the procedures of the relevant authorities, such action may include initiating procedures relating to the cancellation of the company’s trade licence, cancellation of employee visas, or requesting the relevant authorities to take appropriate action concerning the Client or company.

Late payments will incur a penalty of 10% per month, calculated on a pro-rata basis for partial months.

For returned or dishonoured cheques, an administration fee of AED 250 will apply.

Services or products with an annual renewal term will automatically renew for an additional 12-month period, unless the Client provides written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the renewal date.

Where services are no longer required, Fast Company Setup LLC FZ may charge an applicable de-registration or cancellation fee based on the company’s current pricing structure. Pricing will be made available upon request.

Any additional work associated with de-registration, company cancellation, document processing, or payments and disbursements to government authorities or third-party providers may incur additional charges.

Payments made to local sponsors or agents during the trade name reservation or related company setup process are non-refundable.

Clients may request cancellation of their requested services within 24 hours of placing the request.

Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the original payment method and may take approximately 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank, card provider, or payment solution provider.

If the Client fails to renew the company’s trade licence before its expiry date, Fast Company Setup LLC FZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate the applicable services, subject to the relevant contractual terms and authority procedures.

Failure to comply with applicable rules, regulations, or requirements established by UAE government, licensing, immigration, or other relevant authorities may result in suspension or termination of services.

Where a company licence, employee visa, or other immigration-related record is neither renewed nor properly cancelled, further action may be required in accordance with the procedures of the relevant UAE authorities.

Any immigration, absconding, restriction, cancellation, or enforcement procedure remains subject to the applicable UAE laws and the independent decision of the relevant government authority.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will be issued through the original payment method used by the Client.

Refund processing may take approximately 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuer, issuing bank, or payment solution provider.

Any government fees, third-party charges, processing costs, or other amounts that have already been paid, incurred, committed, or become non-refundable may be deducted from the eligible refund where applicable.

In the event that an application receives a security rejection from the relevant government authority, a deduction of 15% of the total package amount will apply.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the Client through the original payment method, subject to any applicable non-refundable government or third-party charges already incurred.

Fast Company Setup LLC FZ shall not be held liable for any rejection, security rejection, delay, approval decision, or other determination made independently by UAE government authorities.

All government approvals are subject to the relevant authority’s:

• Eligibility requirements
• Security procedures
• Documentation requirements
• Internal policies
• Applicable laws and regulations
• Independent review and approval process

These decisions and procedures are outside the direct control of Fast Company Setup LLC FZ.

Submission of an application or payment for a service does not guarantee government approval.
